Experienced Automotive Sales Consultant – Patrick Hyundai 

Salary: $65,000 - $120,000 (Commission-Based Pay Plan)

What You’ll Do:

  • Guide prospective buyers from initial contact through vehicle delivery
  • Greet and assist customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
  • Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits
  • Negotiate pricing and terms of sale
  • Complete accurate sales documentation
  • Follow up post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay informed on industry trends and dealership promotions
  • Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to team success
  • Comply with company policies and safety standards

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Detail-oriented and driven to succeed
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be 19 years or older
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (licensed for at least 3 years)
  • Willingness to undergo a drug screen and background check
