The Client Billing Coordinator will partner with multiple Echo departments to identify, investigate and resolve billing exceptions, to ensure timely submission of client invoices.   Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Run detailed and comprehensive reporting to provide insight into client billing status 
  • Investigate invoices on 3rd party billing portals to identify client billing exceptions 
  • Identify root cause of client billing exceptions, and resolve exceptions 
  • Suggest and implement client billing process changes to avoid exceptions 
  • Partner with AR, Cash Applications and Credit departments 
        
Required Skills:
  • Basic excel skills (ex: VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Formatting) 
  • Articulate and partnership focused communication skills 
  • Organized with strong attention to detail 
  • Collaborative and problem-solving focused
