Job Description

As the Client Implementation Project Analyst Expert, you will lead complex client implementations from point of sale through delivery, ensuring understanding of client expectations, contractual requirements, goals, and internal standards. You will be an important liaison between clients and teams to support successful implementation outcomes across a portfolio of Automotive Solutions.

You bring experience leading external client implementations, translating our needs into structured requirements and execution plans, and managing work across a matrixed environment. You can create clear project plans, executive summaries, documents, and process documentation. These abilities support partner understanding and delivery success. You will work remotely in this position and report to the Client Implementation Director.

You Will:

  • Lead client implementations from initiation through completion, ensuring understanding to scope, timelines, contractual commitments, and client expectations.
  • Be the primary client-facing implementation lead, building relationships through responsiveness, and consultative support.
  • Partner with Sales during pre-sale and post-sale phases to support solution planning, requirements clarification, and implementation readiness.
  • Elicit, document, and translate our requirements into Business Requirements Documents, project plans, deliverables, and workstreams.
  • Prepare executive summaries, status updates, flow charts, process maps, and other documentation to support partner understanding and delivery execution.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Compliance, Product, Development, QA, Operations, and other internal partners to confirm feasibility, address risks, and support delivery.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, scope changes, and implementation issues, driving resolution and escalation, while managing evolving needs.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, approvals, and delivery tracking in Salesforce and other internal systems.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and contribute to process improvements, reusable tools, and knowledge-sharing efforts.

Qualifications

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in client implementation, project management, solution delivery, onboarding, client operations, or a related client-facing business role.
  • Demonstrated experience leading external client-facing implementations.
  • Demonstrated experience translating needs into structured requirements, implementation plans, deliverables, and execution steps.
  • Experience managing, or working from Business Requirements Documents.
  • Experience creating project plans, executive summaries, status updates, and visual process documentation for a variety of audiences.
  • Partner management and risk escalation skills.
  • Experience maintaining accurate project records in Salesforce or similar systems.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for events such as team meetings or client meetings.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Automotive industry experience.
  • Experience supporting pre-sale scoping, requirements gathering, implementation readiness, or solution planning.
  • Experience in data, marketing services, credit, financial services, or other complex solution environments preferred.
  • PMP certification preferred.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related experience, and education. You will be also eligible for a variable pay opportunity.
