Who We’re Looking For:

LaneLink is seeking a highly motivated Client Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day execution of remarketing operations while delivering an exceptional client experience. This role serves as a key liaison between clients, auctions, and internal teams, ensuring operational excellence, SLA compliance, and effective communication throughout the remarketing lifecycle. The ideal candidate combines strong customer service skills, analytical thinking, and automotive remarketing expertise to identify opportunities for improvement, solve complex challenges, and drive successful client outcomes.

You Will:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing onboarding, account setup, ongoing communications, inbound inquiries, and client notes.

  • Build strong client relationships by providing expert guidance on LaneLink’s processes, services, and best practices.

  • Review, process, and audit remarketing timelines and operational deliverables to ensure compliance with established SLAs.

  • Monitor and manage inventory and account activity across AutoIMS, LaneLink, and third-party platforms.

  • Investigate and resolve client concerns by partnering with internal departments and external stakeholders.

  • Analyze operational trends, identify process inefficiencies, and recommend proactive solutions to improve the client experience.

  • Prepare and maintain detailed operational reports, including inventory reconciliations, clear date audits, performance metrics, and trend analyses.

  • Act as a technical resource for both clients and internal teams, assisting with escalations and complex operational issues.

  • Support training initiatives by sharing knowledge, best practices, and operational expertise across the organization.

  • Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and productivity in all aspects of daily work.

  • Represent LaneLink as a brand ambassador and embody the company’s mission, values, and commitment to service excellence.

  • Contribute to special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.

Must Have’s:

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • 3-5 years of experience in wholesale automotive remarketing and/or auto auction operations.

  • 1-3 years of customer service experience with a proven track record of maintaining strong customer relationships.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.

  • Experience working with AutoIMS and proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel.

  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and effectively resolve operational issues and client escalations.

  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining quality standards.

  • Ability to work overtime as needed to support business demands.

Nice to Have’s:

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Advanced proficiency in AutoIMS, Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace.

  • Previous experience in operational leadership, project management, or process improvement initiatives.

  • Experience developing reports, dashboards, and operational performance metrics.

  • Experience training team members and serving as a subject matter expert.

  • Demonstrated success driving operational efficiencies and improving customer experience through process enhancements.
