The Client Relationship Specialist maintains and fosters client relationships, provides training on products, and collaborates with departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
DEP is looking for a motivated, experienced, full-time, team-oriented Client Relationship Specialist with exceptional written and verbal communication skills and strong analytical abilities. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus!
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and building client relationships
- Provide professional support to enhance the customers’ experience
- Train/Educate clients on Dealer eProcess products
- Staying on top of industry trends
- Conduct dealer training
- Work closely with various departments to ensure dealer satisfaction
- Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs
Required Skills:
- Excellent presentation, communication, and customer service skills
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and punctual
- Ability to manage multiple accounts
- The ability to remain cool under pressure
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
