SubroIQ is seeking Client Services Analyst as we continue to grow our team! The Client Services Analyst is responsible for all preparatory work needed before releasing the file to an examiner.
Job Responsibilities: 

  • Initial file investigation to determine the cause and details surrounding a P&C claim and qualify it for additional recovery efforts
  • Retrieval of relevant documents to support recovery efforts
  • Capture of essential file elements from documents and internet data bases
  • Ability to interpret file information and determine the relevance of the information

Job Requirements: 

  • High School Diploma
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, there may be interaction with client’s
  • employees
  • Good typing skills are a must
  • Ability and judgement to apply processes and procedures
  • Must be self-motivated with the ability to generate imaginative work or ideas that affect simple, routine activities

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary is $18 - $21 per hour (DOE)
  • Minimal cost to employee for employee health care benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision and Supplemental insurance coverage
