Job Description:

Epiq is hiring an Associate Project Manager to support the delivery of settlement and claims administration matters. This role focuses on day‑to‑day execution, coordination, and client service in a deadline‑driven, regulated environment.

You’ll work closely with Senior Project Managers, internal teams, and client stakeholders to keep matters organized, accurate, and moving forward. This role is designed for someone who wants to build strong execution fundamentals and grow into a full Project Manager role over time.

What You’ll Do

  • Support Senior Project Managers on active settlement and claims administration matters

  • Coordinate daily project tasks and track progress against court‑driven deadlines

  • Translate client and court requirements into clear operational work requests

  • Assist with client communications, status updates, and routine inquiries

  • Review, prepare, and manage client data for intake, reporting, and deliverables

  • Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness

  • Maintain project documentation, trackers, and status reports

  • Proactively escalate risks or issues and support resolution

  • Contribute to process improvements and cross‑team collaboration

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, client services, operations, or professional services

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured, deadline‑driven environment

  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

  • Experience in legal services, financial services, claims administration, or other regulated environments

  • Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and reports (Excel experience a plus)

Growth Path Associate Project Managers are expected to grow into increased ownership over time. As you develop, you’ll take on larger workstreams, deeper client interaction, and greater responsibility for planning and execution—with a clear path to promotion into a Project Manager role based on performance, readiness, and business need.

The Compensation range for this role is 65,000 - 80,000 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.

Your specific salary will be determined based on several factors:

  • Location-based market rate for the role

  • Your abilities in relation to the job specification

  • Performance during screening and interview

  • Pay parity with the wider team in the considered location
