We are hiring for the Client Service Associate position in our Chicago or Washington, D.C. office and welcome candidates to apply that live and work in one of these two locations:

The Role

We are looking for a highly organized, customer-focused individual to work as a Client Service Administrator in either the Washington DC or downtown Chicago office. In this role you will support the Wealth Management team by executing a wide range of administrative responsibilities. You will have the opportunity to service from an administrative capacity, high net-worth individuals, while working in a team environment. Because the Client Service Administrator supports client-facing teams, you will have a significant impact on the client’s impression and trust in the firm.  Accuracy and timeliness of work and communications is critical for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepares and processes custodian and internal Compliance paperwork, such as new brokerage account applications and Client Agreements.
  • Arranges delivery of paperwork for signature to clients and prospects through DocuSign.
  • Organizes and maintains client electronic files.
  • Responsible for diligent record keeping in the proper databases.
  • Supports client-facing teams through routine account maintenance.
  • Assists efforts to complete firm-wide administrative projects.
  • Resolves complex custodial and third-party manager issues.
  • Participates in ongoing administrative training.
  • Effectively communicates with custodians, managers, team members, and other departments.

Key Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • One or more years of experience in an administrative capacity preferred.
  • Exposure to financial services preferred.
  • Experience servicing customers and third-party vendors preferred.
  • Experience in clubs, activities, sports, or any team-oriented experience.

The base salary will be commensurate with an individual's work experience and educational background.

US Pay Range
$55,000$65,000 USD
