Brown & Joseph is seeking Collections Client Services Representative as we continue to grow our team! Client Services Representatives works with our clients to help resolve inquiries.
Job Responsibilities:
- Resolve client services inquiries
- Be able to identify any problems and offer resolutions
- Read and interpret client documents
- Maintain and further develop existing client relationships
- Handle assigned group of client portfolios
- Understand and execute departmental procedures, alongside all customized client procedures
- Multitask between emails, client databases, SalesForce and excel spreadsheets
Job Requirements:
- Ability to handle a large volume of accounts daily.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good time management skills.
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary is $40,000 - $48,000 per year (DOE)
- Minimal cost to employee for employee health care benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision and Supplemental insurance coverage
