Who You Are
You are a motivated Client Services professional who is passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience. As a Client Services Specialist, you excel at multitasking, pipeline management, active listening, and have experience leveraging technology while maintaining a personal touch. You are a focused, no-quit, A+ player and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can work with teammates that will match your drive and grit. 
 
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 12-9 PM EST
 
Travel requirement: Within the first 6 months of employment, all employees will travel to attend the BHG All Oars Experience. Following this event, ongoing travel is minimal—approximately 5% annually—for team on-sites, meetings, and cross-functional collaboration.

What You'll Do

  • Provide in-depth support and solutions to BHG customers  
  • Communicate with customer through various channels  
  • Become a subject matter expert on BHG solutions & products 
  • Enter records of customer calls, interactions and inquires via a CRM system 
  • Build strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders  
  • Communicate with internal departments as needed

What You'll Need

  • Associates degree preferred or related work experience 
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience  
  • Critical thinking and exceptional communication skills 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment  
  • Ability to work independently
  • Navigate through various different software systems
  • MUST be able to work Monday - Friday on a 12-9PM schedule
