As a Client Success Intern, you'll assist the team with market research, create customer strategies, and present your findings to senior management.

You will embark on a set of rotational experiences with the Client Success teams, in which you will be given specific deliverables to assist our teams. All while working on a final project (i.e., developing a pitch deck for a target account) that you will present to senior management during your last week. This is a great opportunity for college seniors looking to jumpstart their career in AdTech. If you are an energetic and friendly team player who can easily prioritize and multitask in our fast-paced environment, with excellent communication skills and an aptitude for new technologies, you’re in good stead for this role. We will still be operating remotely via Zoom, so it is important that you be a self-starter who can work remotely and take initiative.Client Success at Innovid is focused on helping clients achieve measurable outcomes through our platform. As an intern, you will contribute to real client-facing strategies and learn how we translate business goals into actionable solutions.

What You Will Do:
- Participate in a CS “boot camp” session to learn the ropes
- Perform customer/vertical market research and analysis
- Assist with daily tasks such as strategy mapper development, weekly QA reporting, meeting notes and more.
- Sit in on client meetings to shadow CS leads
- Research key decision makers at your assigned account
- Anticipate customer needs and develop a pitch deck that clearly ties Innovid solutions to client business goals, including use case examples and a proposed growth strategy.
- Present your analysis and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, demonstrating how your ideas would drive client impact and growth. (final project)
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (expected by May 2026)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Foundational understanding of the digital media ecosystem
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft platforms (e.g., Google Drive, SharePoint)
- Passion for marketing, advertising, and digital technology
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Intellectual curiosity with an analytical mindset and interest in learning how technology and data drive marketing outcomes

Our 2026 Summer Internship Program is scheduled to run from June 1st through July 31st. Selected interns can expect to work 40 hours per week. Compensation for this role is $19.00/hour.
This position is open to East Coast remote candidates in the United States, with a preference for candidates in Chicago or New York.
