We’re Bamboo Works — a fast-growing international staffing firm helping companies worldwide build high-quality, affordable remote teams. As we scale, we're hiring a Client Success Manager to lead inbound client handling, guide prospects through our recruitment process, and build long-term, trust-based relationships.

This is a pivotal role — you will be the first impression of Bamboo Works and the ongoing voice of our brand for our clients. Your communication, professionalism, and problem-solving ability will directly reflect the quality we promise.

Location: Remote
Engagement: Full-Time
Working Hours: CET
Monthly Salary: Base pay + additional revenue-based commissions

What You’ll Do
  • Guide clients through every step: from calibration to candidate shortlisting and onboarding
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business, hiring strategy, and long-term needs
  • Own the post-placement client experience, ensuring a smooth onboarding and successful integration of placed candidates
  • Drive client retention through consistent value delivery and relationship building
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to proactively assess satisfaction, performance, and potential risks
  • Proactively identify upsell and expansion opportunities across existing accounts
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve client experience, processes, and outcomes
  • Identify and resolve issues early, acting as the main point of contact for any client concerns or escalations
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations
  • Coordinate closely with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are clearly translated and successfully delivered
  • Own client retention, satisfaction, and account growth across your portfolio
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, measured through feedback, repeat business, and account growth
What We’re Looking ForRequirements (Non-Negotiable)
  • Fluent English — exceptional speaking and writing skills
  • Strong communication — structured, confident, and personable
  • Professional presence — calm, trustworthy, articulate
  • University degree (business, marketing, communications, or related fields preferred)
  • Tech-savvy and business-oriented — quick to grasp new industries and roles
  • Empathetic sales approach — persuasive without being pushy
  • Strong commercial awareness — able to identify growth opportunities while maintaining a client-first approach
Must-Have Experience
  • 2–3+ years in staffing, recruitment, outsourcing, or offshoring in a client-facing role

  • Hands-on experience running discovery calls and managing client accounts

  • Proven success managing the full client lifecycle — from lead to long-term relationship

  • Ability to nurture B2B relationships and drive ongoing client satisfaction

  • Familiarity with remote hiring models and roles (EAs, developers, marketers, analysts, accountants)

Bonus Points For
  • Experience working with international clients (US, UK, AUS, EU, UAE)

  • Startup or high-growth environment experience

  • Strong CRM discipline and organizational skills
     
  • Experience in generating their own leads (LinkedIn outreach, light cold calling, etc.)
