EOI Service Company, a national benefits communication and enrollment firm, has a unique opportunity for a Client Support Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to thrive in a growth-oriented environment and assist with managing the Counselor production team.
This individual will have a broad scope of responsibility, working closely with EOI’s Enrollment Managers. Duties will vary based on the time of year, clients currently being serviced, and needs within the organization. Below are some of the key responsibilities:
- Building and managing scheduling system and performing demos for clients as needed
- Assist Enrollment Managers as needed with client document set up and enrollment plans.
- May support the set up of the weekly PTMs and Client calls during the 4th quarter and participate in meetings
- Assist with managing the Benefit Counselor team
- Work with Production Management Team to keep schedule current and full
- Understand and use the scheduling tool program independently where applicable
- Assist with Counselor case training with PIM when needed
- Understand and assist with product presentations
- Motivate and manage Counselor team
- Mentor team leaders and newer Counselors
- Keep counselor team focused and on script
- Assist with monitoring and auditing of Counselor production and paperwork requirements
- Run reporting from various systems and send to all necessary internal and external parties. This may require the aggregation of various reports, along with interpretation and summation for clients.
- Managing logistics for client projects, which may include outreach to client locations, coordination with travel agent, shipping and tracking materials, juggling resources when travel issues arise, coordination of hotel, coordination of training space and materials
- Assist with client calls and meetings
- Participation in client-specific trainings
- Support Enrollment Managers with review, update, and execution of the Plan of Enrollment (strategy document), Script building for counselors, and counselor schedule as needed. This may require ownership of these items if the Enrollment Manager is unavailable
- Assist with coordination of Health Fairs/Benefit Meetings as needed
- Ensure project stays on track and is ready for execution.
➢ Confirm Counselors have all necessities (travel, computer, supplies, location contacts, computer/systems logins etc.…)
➢ Confirm location contacts/departments are prepared for enrollment including updated schedule and site ready for enrollment
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Demonstrated aptitude in learning quickly, problem solving, communication, creativity, and teamwork
- Excellent interpersonal and critical thinking skills
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent skills within the Microsoft product suite, with a strong working knowledge in Excel (advanced)
- Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task and quickly change pace in a dynamic environment
- Positive attitude, takes ownership and initiative to fix problems
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and deliver highquality production under tight deadlines
- Strong excel and report writing skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret demographic and enrollment data
- Ability to convey project status and technical and complex concepts for a variety of audiences, including the ability to present ideas in user-friendly language
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
- Ability to work both individually and in a team environment
- Experienced user of Microsoft suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Excel
- Experience utilizing e-mail, web, and enrollment platforms
- Minimum of 3 years successful enrollment experience
- Business or related Associate's degree, Bachelor's preferred or 7 years’ experience
- Relationship management experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Must be willing to travel (50% during off peak and 90% - 100% during peak season)
The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $65,000 to $75,000 per year.
Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance. We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs.
