What you’ll do:

Client Education and Success:

• Complete record reviews on client records to identify best practice process improvement opportunities

• Complete data analysis of reviews completed and create summary presentations for internal and external communication of record review results

• Engage with internal teams and provide feedback regarding record review with identified opportunities for best practice improvement and optimal site performance

• Develop and provide education regarding clinical concepts to internal stakeholders and product designers

What we’d love to see: 

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Nursing (RN)

• A minimum of 3-5 years experience in a clinical documentation integrity (CDI) role. 

• Preferred tenured experience as a CDI Specialist and knowledge of medical record coding, healthcare billing and revenue cycle management

• Preferred certifications: CDIP or CCDS

• 5+ years of clinical experience in an acute care environment

• Self-starter, who is extremely motivated to demonstrate success in a remote and autonomous environment

• Superb analytical and presentation skills with other stakeholders

• Attention to detail, highly organized, with an absolute focus on quality of work

• Team player DNA with a desire to solve for the interests of our clients and of our business

• Travel required for department and company meetings

Compensation Range: $75K - $100K
