Duties also include the collection, compilation, documentation and analysis of clinical research data while following local, state and federal regulations. The Clinical Research Nurse will assist in training and preceptor duties. The study load and complexity will increase from the Associate Clinical Research Nurse responsibility, thereby increasing the overall number of enrollments and visits. - Current RN license in the state of practice.
- BSN: 2+ years of nursing experience.
- ADN/Diploma: 3+ years of nursing experience.
- Experience performing patient assessments, vital signs, ECGs, spirometry, phlebotomy, or willingness to learn.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer applications.
- 2+ years of clinical research experience.
- Phlebotomy experience.
- Knowledge of clinical trial protocols, GCP, and regulatory requirements.
