Role : Program Managers/ Seasoned Pre-Sales BI Lead

Location: McLean, VA (5 Days Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager or seasoned Pre-Sales professional with a strong data background to lead and manage a large-scale Business Intelligence (BI) program.

The ideal candidate will combine program leadership, stakeholder management, financial oversight, and hands-on expertise in data mapping and analysis to ensure successful delivery of high-quality data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, governance, and delivery of a large-scale BI and data program.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders, delivery teams, and client leadership.
  • Review and validate existing data-mapping sheets to ensure completeness, quality, consistency, and accuracy.
  • Provide hands-on support for data mapping, attribute definition, data analysis, and related data-validation activities.
  • Collaborate with technical and functional teams to estimate effort, plan work, identify dependencies, and manage delivery timelines.
  • Perform financial reconciliations, track program financials, and prepare cost and resource projections.
  • Drive effective program reporting, risk management, issue resolution, and decision-making.
  • Develop and deliver clear presentations, status updates, and program insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment between business requirements, data attributes, mappings, and BI reporting objectives.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience as a Program Manager, Delivery Lead, Pre-Sales Lead, or similar role in BI, analytics, data management, or data transformation initiatives.
  • Strong background in data analysis, data mapping, data attributes, and data-quality review.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, large-scale programs with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to perform financial reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, and effort estimation.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder-management, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work closely with delivery teams to define scope, plan milestones, and manage execution.
  • Practical, hands-on approach with the ability to review and interpret data-mapping documentation and analysis outputs.
  • Experience in BI reporting, data warehousing, data integration, or related data platforms is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in client-facing pre-sales, solutioning, or consulting roles.
  • Familiarity with data governance, master data management, or metadata management practices.
  • Experience working in Agile, hybrid, or enterprise program-delivery environments.
