Robert Bosch LLC seeks Cloud and Technology Solutions Specialist (Multiple Positions) at its facility located at 1800 W. Central Road, Mount Prospect, IL 60056. Facilitate the platform development on internal or external container solutions and trusted registry within Bosch. Adapt the system architectures to new environments. Coordinate internal and external providers to ensure effective collaboration. Standardize CI/ CD across multiple platforms. Support integration of services into the platforms. Support and consult development teams in using the container platform. Assist sales in delivering product demonstration and proof of concepts. Develop and contribute to Bosch multi cloud strategy involving AWS, Azure, Google cloud, perform trend scouting for cloud offerings and evaluate new functionalities. Occasional domestic and international travel may be required. REQS: This position requires a bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a related field. Plus, 5 years of experience as a Software Consultant, Software Engineer, Sr. Software Developer, Sr. IT Consultant or an occupation involving cloud software development. Additionally, the applicant must have employment experience with: (1) Software development, cloud technologies, container technologies, and systems engineering; (2) Container operations or container orchestration experience (Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, or Docker Trusted Registry); (3) Linux operating systems, middleware systems and networking (TCP/ IP, DHCP, DNS, or Firewall); (4) Virtualization technologies (VMware and OpenStack) Shell Scripting; (5) Agile product development methodology (SCRUM) and configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, or Puppet); (6) CI/ CD tools (GIT, Jenkins, or Artifactory) and Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS and Google cloud); and (7) Integration and orchestration of AI solution on cloud. Telecommuting is allowed with 2 days in office. 10% - 20% international and domestic travel is required. Wage Range: $161,179 - $163,000.
