- Responsible providing internal expertise in collaboration with various cross-functional project teams. Directs and develops long-term objectives and plans related to the company's technical vision.
- Provides innovative solutions for complex cyber engineering IAM problems that are competitive with industry and company standards. Contributes towards the build and maintenance of the organization's IAM systems and infrastructure. Exercises solid knowledge of engineering skills and methodology with a working knowledge of applicable IAM compliance standards. Conducts security assessments and audits to identify cybersecurity risks within the company's networks, applications and operating systems.
- Provide expertise and understanding of the Comcast Identity Management landscape working with leadership to design, engineer and expand the IAM service footprint.
- Demonstrate technical and leadership skills to perform strategy, solution architecture, project management tasks, technical design and analysis in the delivery of these services.
- Design, build, and maintain Okta tenant architecture including SSO, MFA, lifecycle management, and access policies
- Integrate enterprise applications (SAML, OIDC, header-based, legacy apps) with Okta
- Configure authentication flows, session management, and authorization policies
- Drive end-to-end validation of access flows (login, logout, session persistence)
- Build, test and rollout of enterprise Identity and Access Management solutions in collaboration with internal and external resources.
- Serve as a subject matter expert to the business stakeholders, understanding their core business processes and business priorities which can be enhanced using IDM solutions.
- Ability to document use cases and work with agile teams to document user stories.
- Provide technical Engineering and vision for customers' application platforms.
- Ability to support evaluations of vendors solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other technology teams and security organization.
- Participate in the defining of an enterprise IAM Engineering strategy, with a roadmap of key deliverables and timelines, and deliver consistently

Required Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management
- Hands-on expertise with Okta (SSO, MFA, Lifecycle Mgmt, OAG)
- Strong understanding of authentication protocols: SAML, OAuth2, OIDC
- Experience with hybrid architectures (cloud + on-prem integration)
- Working knowledge of AWS (VPC, ALB/ELB, networking, security controls)
- Experience with directory services (AD/LDAP) and federation
- Strong troubleshooting and scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or similar)
- Specific experience managing projects / programs from concept through implementation (supporting oversight processes) using a structured project management methodology across the entire project life cycle yet (not a project manager per se)
