At Poka, we’re transforming how frontline teams operate, learn, and solve problems.

Our connected worker platform is purpose-built for manufacturing, empowering frontline workers to share knowledge, collaborate in real-time, and drive continuous improvement. Think of it as the missing digital link, bringing the human interface into the stack of the Smart Factory, generating the right data and insights that drive entirely new scales of process improvements.

We’re proud to support global leaders like Nestlé, Bosch, Mars, and Danone in their digital transformation journeys and as part of the IFS family, our reach and impact continue to grow globally.

If you're energized by opening doors, winning new logos, and selling technology that genuinely changes how people work on the factory floor — this one's for you.

We're looking for a Commercial Account Executive (New Business) to drive net-new growth across North America. You'll own a pipeline of commercial and mid-market manufacturing and industrial prospects, running full-cycle deals from first conversation to close. This is a pure hunting role — built for someone who thrives in a fast-moving SaaS environment, knows how to sell value into complex organizations, and gets a genuine kick out of bringing in new customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Own and drive net-new pipeline generation across a defined commercial and mid-market territory in North America
  • Lead the full sales cycle — from outbound prospecting and discovery through to value articulation, negotiation, and close
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders within manufacturing and industrial organizations, building multi-threaded relationships that move deals forward
  • Act as a credible, consultative presence — translating operational pain points into compelling platform narratives
  • Partner with SDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success to maximize pipeline coverage and ensure smooth customer handoffs
  • Stay sharp on manufacturing trends, digital transformation initiatives, and competitive dynamics to refine your outreach and positioning

What you bring

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with a clear focus on net-new business development
  • A proven track record of hitting or exceeding new logo quota in a commercial or mid-market segment
  • Experience selling into manufacturing, industrial, or frontline-heavy environments is a strong differentiator
  • A hunter's instinct — you're energized by building pipeline from scratch
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills; you can engage a plant manager and a VP of Operations in the same week
  • Self-starter mindset with the curiosity, resilience, and discipline to run an organized, high-volume territory
