Commercial Operations Analyst
What are we looking for?

Minimum:

  • 2-3 years of relevant business experience (internship/ apprenticeship or contract) within procurement, inbound, logistics, vendor quality assurance
  • Expertise in data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI)

Preferred:

  • Experience in direct or indirect procurement or procurement operations for raw materials and/or packaging would be a plus.
  • Good communication skills in English

What will be your key responsibilities?
  • Maintain ERP to ensure all commercial information is accurate with the responsibility of loading new items and creating new vendors by portfolio
  • Create contracts for Sourcing Manager & suggest opportunities for improvement
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies through daily review of contractual agreements and implement appropriate corrective actions
  • Be responsible of monitoring data and follow up for ensuring the delivery of business results (commercial incident tracking, stock inventory, forecast analysis)
  • Be responsible for a limited raw materials portfolio on supply troubleshooting and inbound process issues
  • Own the supplier logistics relationship for material, including communication of material requirements and management of supplier performance
  • Partner with Sourcing manager & Supplier Quality Assurance in order to manage crisis management process & reduce business impact

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.

The pay range listed is applicable to IL:USD 74,511.00 - USD 102,453.00
