We are hiring a high-potential early-career teammate to help drive commercial execution across remote monitoring programs, health system partnerships, and state-sponsored initiatives.
This role is for someone smart, hungry, organized, and genuinely AI-first. You do not need decades of experience, but you do need strong judgment, high ownership, and the ability to turn messy inputs into clear, useful output fast.
You will work across proposals, commercial analysis, internal coordination, follow-up, and day-to-day execution. Some days that may mean building a pricing model or cleaning up a proposal. Other days it may mean organizing moving pieces across stakeholders, writing a crisp recap, or using AI to accelerate work that would otherwise take hours.
This is not a pure sales role, and it is not a pure strategy role. It is a high-exposure execution role for someone who wants steep learning, meaningful responsibility, and the chance to grow quickly by working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
What you'll do
Commercial execution and proposal support
- Draft and improve external-facing proposals, scope summaries, rate card packages, and supporting materials
- Turn calls, notes, and rough direction into clear outputs such as recap notes, follow-up emails, action trackers, and decision logs
- Keep documents organized, current, and easy to navigate, with strong version control and clean source materials
- Help prepare leadership for meetings, follow-ups, and fast-moving commercial discussions
Sizing, pricing, and business analysis
- Build and maintain Excel or Google Sheets models that help size, price, and compare opportunities
- Check assumptions, formulas, and outputs carefully to ensure they are sound and internally consistent
- Pull together concise summaries that help leaders understand the opportunity, key decisions, and operational implications
- Support lightweight analysis across pipeline, commercial models, and strategic priorities
Coordination and follow-through
- Keep multiple workstreams moving across timelines, owners, dependencies, and next steps
- Maintain a simple, reliable view of active opportunities, including status, next action, and priority
- Produce clear weekly updates and meeting prep materials that help leaders make decisions quickly
- Follow through without needing repeated reminders
AI-first ways of working
- Use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and similar platforms to accelerate drafting, synthesis, research support, and structured analysis
- Build reusable prompts, templates, and workflows that improve speed, consistency, and quality
- Look for opportunities to automate repetitive work and simplify how the team operates
- Verify outputs carefully, especially anything numerical, customer-facing, or high-stakes
Who we're looking for
- 1 to 3 years of experience, or clear evidence that you are unusually high output and quick to learn
- Strong writing and synthesis skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Comfort with spreadsheets and basic modeling logic
- High attention to detail and strong ownership mentality
- Natural curiosity about AI tools and enthusiasm for using them to work smarter and faster
- Ability to stay organized and reliable in a fast-moving environment
- Humility, coachability, and genuine appetite for growth
- Good judgment, positive attitude, and willingness to do the work behind the scenes that keeps things moving
