Responsibilities

- Prepare, review, and distribute professional written communications.
- Maintain communication calendars, schedules, and documentation.
- Support meetings by organizing materials, agendas, and follow-up communications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging.
- Assist with project coordination and administrative communication tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and communication files.
- Identify opportunities to improve communication processes and efficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
