KMG Prestige is seeking a Community Manager in Chicago, IL at Spring Grovewho is goal-oriented, enjoys new challenges, and has a passion for property management. The ideal candidate will strive to create happy residents through providing superior customer service and maintaining a positive attitude. Community Managers are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the apartment community, handling resident concerns, rent collection, marketing the community, and leading the site staff.
What we are looking for:
- Property management experience (Tax Credit and Project Based Section 8 Property experience)
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Preferred certifications- TCS & COS
- Budgeting experience
- Customer service mindset
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to obtain Real Estate Salesperson License (paid for by the company)
