In this role, you will serve as a key partner to compliance leadership - coordinating program deliverables, compiling metrics that reflect program performance, and keeping department operations running smoothly across due diligence tracking, reporting, and executive support. Our Compliance Office maintains core responsibilities spanning antitrust, anti-corruption, and anti-money laundering, with an expanding scope that increasingly touches adjacent risk areas. This role also supports compliance teams across customer units and operational domains within the Americas.
What you will do
• Support the implementation and monitoring of Ericsson's ethics and compliance program, including third-party due diligence, risk assessments, and audit and regulatory deliverable tracking.• Maintain dashboards, reports, and case tracking tools that keep leadership and committees informed of program status.• Coordinate compliance training logistics and support the distribution and tracking of compliance policies.• Partner with Sales, Sourcing, Legal, Finance, People & HR, and other stakeholders to support compliance priorities and program alignment.• Assist with compliance due diligence for mergers and acquisitions and support compliance-related M&A integration activities.• Coordinate the compliance calendar, meetings, events, and documentation, and provide day-to-day support to the Head of Compliance.
The skills you bring
• Bachelor's degree required; relevant certifications in compliance or project management are a plus.• 2 + years of experience in compliance, legal, audit, risk, or a related coordination role, ideally supporting senior leadership within a large multinational organization.• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines simultaneously.• Comfort working with data and reporting tools, and a willingness to learn new case management and AI-enabled compliance platforms.• High degree of discretion and integrity when handling confidential and time-sensitive information.• Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization; proficiency with MS Office and case management or GRC systems.• Spanish or Portuguese proficiency is a plus given the scope across Latin America and Canada; some travel required.
