Consultant | International Public Advisory

You will:

• Conduct market, industry, and business analysis using both quantitative and qualitative research methods, including desk research, data analysis, and stakeholder interviews;
• Translate analytical findings into practical business insights and strategic recommendations for clients;
• Prepare client-ready deliverables including analytical reports, business briefs, and presentations in Word and PowerPoint;
• Support the development of business cases, market assessments, and financial or economic analyses as part of consulting projects;
• Present analytical results and recommendations to peers, managers, and clients with increasing independence;
• Coordinate with other consultants to ensure high-quality project delivery within agreed timelines and budgets;
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary Civitta teams across 20+ countries to deliver data-driven consulting solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, finance, management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a strong advantage);
• Proven experience working with data analytics tools, including basic to intermediate SQL, and the ability to analyze and interpret data in a business context. Experience in understanding and improving business processes is highly desirable;
• Ability to structure complex business problems, analyse data, and translate insights into actionable recommendations;
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present analytical findings;
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team environment;
• Fluency in Georgian and English (C1 level written and spoken);
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and modelling; solid command of Word and PowerPoint;
• Demonstrated ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making;
• Prior experience in a consulting firm, strategy, market analysis, or business analytics is considered a strong advantage.
