As a/an Consumer Risk and Regulatory Reporting – Vice President in CCB Risk Management and Compliance, you deliver consumer risk reporting and analysis—including new and emerging risks—to support senior management decision-making and regulatory engagement. You will own and execute high-impact reporting deliverables consumed by senior leaders, the JPMorganChase Board of Directors, regulators, and other key stakeholders. You’ll collaborate across businesses and functions to enhance report content, strengthen data governance, and modernize reporting through automation and artificial intelligence-enabled solutions. This role offers the chance to improve how risk is measured, communicated, and actioned across Consumer & Community Banking.

Job responsibilities 

  • Execute consumer risk reporting deliverables used by senior leaders, JPMC board of directors, regulators, and other stakeholders. 
  • Partner across lines of business and functional groups to develop, enhance, and deliver risk reports and analyses.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and analytics using tools such as Alteryx and Tableau.
  • Manage and support data governance processes for reporting (e.g., definitions, controls, documentation).
  • Maintain job aids for reporting responsibilities and processes. 
  • Adhere to internal control processes designed to support report accuracy and integrity.
  • Drive process improvements through automation tools, artificial intelligence, and other solutions.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, risk management, or a related field.
  • Background in risk management, finance, accounting, or banking.
  • Proficiency in dashboarding and reporting tools (Alteryx, Tableau).
  • Ability to leverage artificial intelligence tools to improve reporting and analytics workflows.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Motivated self-starter with strong time management, prioritization, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand and apply internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Risk Management helps the firm understand, manage and anticipate risks in a constantly changing environment. The work covers areas such as evaluating country-specific risk, understanding regulatory changes and determining credit worthiness. Risk Management provides independent oversight and maintains an effective control environment.
