What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrable experience with XML publishing workflows and single-source publishing in a production environment.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise content management systems and how they support complex publishing operations.

  • Experience working across technical and business stakeholders to translate operational needs into platform improvements.

  • Proven ability to manage detailed, technically complex production environments with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.

  • Experience influencing platform decisions, architectural direction, or technology roadmaps.

  • Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with IT, Product, vendors, and content production teams.

  • Experience gained within digital publishing, educational publishing, learning technology, or similarly complex content environments.

Why Join Us

  • Serve as the senior architectural voice for Education’s content production and learning technology ecosystem.

  • Shape the future of Education platforms by influencing new production technology implementations and modernisation initiatives.

  • Drive meaningful transformation through automation, platform governance, scalable content architecture, and long-term strategy.

  • Work across a broad technology ecosystem supporting globally recognised educational programmes and certificates.
