This role exits because Upstream Impact a trust-first marketing engine using the, They Ask, You Answer + Endless Customers approach: consistently answer real buyer questions with clear, honest content and video. We are looking for a full-time Content Manager to own this effort and build written content and video content that educates and drives pipeline.


Requirements

This role will build and run content engines with distinct brands, voices, and audience for the SaaS products we have developed. They are:

- Pantry Easy - Empowers food banks to and pantries to run online markets with ease, with tools for client registration, inventory tracking, distribution and order fulfillment.

- Care Impact Tracker - Helps community-based care providers track services, attendance, and billing for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

This role will interview internal subject matter experts (SME's) and publish articles and videos within 2 weeks of hire.

Establish a publish cadence and publish 2 to 3 high-quality educational articles per week and ongoing publish 5+ content pieces weekly (written/video).

Manage email campaigns, social distribution and analytics and track report content traffic and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the editorial calendar and backlog
  • Prioritize Cost, Problems, Comparisons, Reviews.
  • Manage brand voice.
  • Create clear educational articles to reduce confusion.
  • Plan, film and edit long-form video and repurpose into short clips to support social media and email.
  • Collaborate with sales to publish what they need to close deals.
  • Own newsletters, analytics, and reporting. Support SEO
  • Use AI tools as necessary to speed up creation.
