Position Description:
Tenna is seeking a results-driven, quality-focused Content Marketer to own the execution and production of content across digital, sales, events, and campaign channels. This hands-on individual contributor role focuses on producing impactful content across multiple channels in a fast-paced environment, translating complex construction and operational concepts into clear, compelling messaging, and supporting SEO/AEO blog writing, demand generation, product and brand marketing, and sales enablement initiatives. The Content Marketer will play a key role in expanding content initiatives, improving quality and consistency, and supporting demand generation, brand awareness, and sales enablement efforts while ensuring cohesive messaging across all marketing channels and contributing innovative ideas to strengthen and grow Tenna’s web presence. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B content marketing, thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering polished, impactful work while managing projects independently.

Responsibilities
- Write, edit, and produce high-quality SEO/AEO-driven blog articles and long-form content, website and landing page copy, sales enablement materials (including one-pagers, case studies, and pitch decks), email campaigns and nurture sequences in CRM, digital ads and campaign messaging, and miscellaneous presentation decks and assets
- Create content based on marketing calendar assignments.
- Support the creation and distribution of Voice of Customer materials.
- Support ongoing website updates and content refresh initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Content Marketing Manager to optimize content for SEO and performance, incorporating keyword strategy and best practices.
- Own content from first draft through final production, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
- Maintain a high bar for quality, speed, and attention to detail by producing strong first drafts quickly and refining them to production-ready quality.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Follow and improve content workflows and processes.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all deliverables.
- Collaborate with designers to create innovative graphics that effectively convey complex concepts; the ability to self-produce assets in Adobe Creative Suite is a strong plus.
- Use AI tools and modern content platforms to accelerate drafting, editing, and ideation.
- Continuously explore AI tools and workflows to improve efficiency and output.
- Create content supporting net new prospect acquisition and customer expansion.
- Produce assets for integrated campaigns, including email marketing, landing pages, sales assets, and follow-up materials.
- Align content to campaign goals, buyer journey stages, and personas.
- Effectively distribute content and monitor performance in accordance with campaign strategy, analyzing results and adjusting strategy as needed.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to gather input and ensure accuracy of messaging.
- Collaborate with sales to create customized proposals upon request.
- Support Partner Marketing efforts as needed.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, and editing across digital, brand, demand generation, and sales enablement content.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Technologies, or a related field.
- Proven experience marketing for B2B SaaS organizations is required.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills across blogs, email marketing, brand campaigns, and event marketing initiatives.
- Experience creating content for complex or technical industries such as construction, SaaS, equipment, or similar industries is preferred.
- Proficient in and open to using AI tools for content creation, ideation, optimization, and productivity.
- Experience using CMS and marketing platforms, ideally HubSpot, along with tools such as SEMrush and Google Analytics.
- Basic design experience and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, is required.
- Experience supporting go-to-market initiatives across multiple stages of the funnel, including inbound, outbound, ABM, lead generation, and sales enablement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, content optimization, and audience engagement best practices.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships teams.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with a proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented mindset.
