East Bank Club is looking to hire a Content Marketing Coordinator to be a part of our Marketing Team. EBC is Chicago’s premier health club with an astounding array of amenities, state-of-the-art facilities and equipment, and excellent dining options. EBC has set the standard for excellence in the fitness and hospitality industry since opening in 1980, which is exemplified by each employee.
The Content Marketing Coordinator is responsible for leading the creation of on-brand visual and written content across East Bank Club’s marketing channels. This role is design-forward, with a strong emphasis on graphic design, layout, and visual consistency across print and digital materials.
Working across departments, the Content Marketing Coordinator produces a wide range of creative assets that support Club communications, events, and overall brand presentation. This is a hands-on role that blends design, writing, and digital execution, helping bring the East Bank Club brand to life across all member touchpoints.
Pay Rate: $70,000 annual compensation.
Graphic Design & Visual Content
- Create fresh, on-brand graphic design for print and digital use
- Design:
- Posters, flyers, and in-Club signage
- Digital screens and promotional graphics
- Dining menus and food & beverage materials
- Logos and branded assets as needed Ensure consistency with East Bank Club brand standards across all materials
Photography & Image Editing
- Capture and edit photography including:
- Action and fitness photography
- Food and dining
- Staff and member portraits
- Edit and prepare images for use across print, web, and digital platforms
Copywriting & Communications
- Write and edit content for:
- Newsletters and email communications
- Posters and Club signage
- Website content
- Ensure all written content aligns with the Club’s voice and tone
Web & Digital Support
- Update website content and assist with ongoing site maintenance
- Support email campaign creation and execution
- Assist with digital content needs across marketing channels
Collaboration
- Work closely with the Director of Marketing and Social Media & Digital Content Coordinator
- Partner with departments across the Club to support marketing and communication needs
- Contribute ideas to keep content fresh, engaging, and aligned with the Club’s brand
Portfolio required.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong graphic design background (required)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Experience with photography and photo editing preferred
- Understanding of digital content and marketing channels
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
- Creative, collaborative, and self-motivated
