It is with that in mind that Hireology is looking to add a Marketing Content Manager to execute best-in-class content and share the excitement and solutions our platform provides. In partnership with the Content Marketing team, you will write and design content that brings life to Hireology’s value proposition for internal team members, current customers, and those completely new to our brand. You will be an internal expert on Hireology’s positioning and will develop blog posts, documentation, emails, webinars, presentations, and other deliverables that communicate the benefits our platform provides to the thousands of businesses relying on Hireology to hire their best teams. 

The ideal candidate is an outstanding multi-tasker who is incredibly detail-oriented and eager to try exciting new channels to help our marketing team learn, grow and hit our goals. If you are an exceptional writer with a passion for SAAS B2B marketing and an ability to simplify complicated messages, this is the job for you!

As a Marketing Content Manager, you will: 

  • Become an expert in the Hireology platform, understanding our features, benefits, partners, and the overall ways we help make our customers’ jobs easier
  • Own the content narrative by creating internal/external presentations, email marketing campaigns, support articles, blogs, case studies, social media posts, and other new forms of content
  • Help our team achieve goals by creating materials to support our campaign and go-to-market plans while helping prioritize efforts to make the most impact

Okay, we’ve laid out what the job is - now are you qualified? Below are the minimum qualifications we’re looking for in a Marketing Content Manager candidate. Also, we want a chance to get to know who you are and why you applied, so please include a cover letter.

  • 4-6 years of experience in communications or content creation roles 
  • Portfolio of writing and presentation examples in a B2B marketing organization
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field or equivalent professional experience

Here’s what will really wow us:

  • Strong self-manager with impeccable attention-to-detail
  • Ability to write for a variety of content types - presentations, web, training materials and more as the needs arise
  • Expert-level experience with Hubspot or a similar marketing stack
  • Experience working with Wordpress or similar platforms
  • A Google Slides presentation wizard
  • Proven marketing experience in a high-growth SAAS environment
  • Familiarity with and interest in the HR technology space
