Job Summary

As a Closing Coordinator, you will interact and correspond with all parties and agents throughout the settlement process.

Responsibilities

  • Interact and correspond with all parties and agents throughout the settlement process.

  • Work closely with agents, buyers, sellers and all necessary third parties to obtain all information needed for settlement.

  • Provide quotes and explanations about the settlement process and title insurance to potential customers

  • Deliver great customer experience while guiding clients and agents through the closing process

  • Escrow Assistants should love a challenge and enjoy creative problem solving to keep our clients and agents happy.

This posting is for a position with Contemporary Staffing Solutions for a temporary placement at Rocket. Individuals will be interviewed, and if selected, hired by Contemporary Staffing Solutions only.

Compensation: The compensation for this position is $22.56 to $27.46 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Benefits: Benefits eligibility may vary based on employment classification and length of employment with Contemporary Staffing Solutions.
