What You’ll Do
Own and drive the recruiting process full-cycle for your reqs, from opening a role, developing search strategies, moderating interviews, feedback and debrief discussions, to negotiating and closing candidates
Partner with hiring managers to define roles, candidate profiles, search parameters and closing strategies which lead to hiring qualified candidates of diverse backgrounds
Research and map talent markets, gather intel, and build compelling outreach to engage candidates for Vector’s open positions across the company
Develop and foster qualified talent pipelines for a variety of positions across the team, monitor and cultivate your candidate pipeline for short and long term prospects
Help the team develop best practices and help build our processes and new initiatives as we scale
Effectively manage stages in ATS responding quickly and providing high touch communication to prospects and candidates
Go above and beyond to ensure each prospect or candidate has a great impression of Vector and positive experience regardless of the outcome
Leverage data to provide insight and improvements, and work to continuously improve our recruiting and hiring efforts
Mentor new talent staff and provide recruiting leadership as the company grows
What We’re Looking For
Proven record of success in full-cycle recruiting ideally with a mix of startup, established technology company, and/or recruiting agency background
Problem solver who drives the process forward to meet goals despite obstacles
Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility with hiring teams and stakeholders
Inquisitive by nature, curious beyond the ‘surface’ of our business and industry
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - you’ll be making a first impression and will be expected to influence candidates to engage with us about our open roles
Fast learner, willing to adapt and do whatever it takes at a moment’s notice in order to jump on opportunities in a competitive fast-moving market
Thrives in fast moving, ambiguous environments
Excellent at building authentic, professional relationships and being an ambassador for our employer brand
Conscientious and diligent about results & following through on your commitments & goals
Bonus points: familiarity with ATS (i.e. Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, etc)

Salary Range
$70,000 - $100,000 USD
Individual pay depends on various factors, such as role level, relevant experience and skills, and location.
