Job Description Summary:

Provides critical administrative and operational support to the Key & Chain Accounts Sales team. This role ensures smooth execution of sales programs, accurate data management, and effective communication between internal teams and key regional and national customer partners (on & off premise). The coordinator will help drive executional excellence across major chain accounts by managing promotional materials, tracking performance, coordinating logistics, and maintaining account-specific reporting.

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support & Administration
    • Assist the Chain Accounts team with customer relationship management and account execution.
    • Maintain customer files, promotional calendars, pricing sheets, and product distribution lists.
    • Prepare sales presentations, recap decks, and meeting materials for key account reviews.
    • Track sales orders, deductions, trade spend, and promotional activities to ensure timely setup, execution, and compliance.
    • Manage and communicate chainwide reset schedules for applicable stores and commodities.
    • Develop and distribute sales materials and trackers for programs (e.g., ads, charted programs, distribution opportunities, and display programs).
    • Monitor EDI planners and ads, and support POS needs such as signage and wine/cocktail lists using BBG Digital Capabilities.
    • Conduct safe and responsible interactions with the public while responsibly handling beverage alcohol product
  • Reporting & Analytics
    • Update weekly and monthly sales reports, tracking volume, promotional effectiveness, and distribution performance.
    • Support forecasting by collecting sales inputs and reconciling data with the demand planning team.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
    • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., KAM, NAM, BM, Revenue Management) to ensure flawless execution of account initiatives.
    • Coordinate sample requests, POS materials, and product allocations for key customers.
  • Supplier & Customer Interface
    • Act as a point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving order or pricing issues.
    • Facilitate communication between suppliers, internal teams, and customers.
  • Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales
  • Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software
  • Must be a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines
  • Analytic and Reporting skills
  • Utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the beverage alcohol industry

Physical Requirements:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to remain in a stationary position at times; communicate, and operate a computer and telephone

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience.

Hourly Range: $22.21 - $30.04

This position is eligible for health care benefits, life insurance, paid time off, and participation in the Company’s 401(k) plan.
