Coordinator, Workforce Development

What You’ll DoThe Coordinator will have the opportunity to collaborate cross-departmentally in support of FoundationCCC’s Workforce Development Department, focusing on our employer-of-record service, Career Catalyst, and Grants Administration projects. This role provides administrative and coordination support across project teams to help ensure streamlined and timely completion of workflow and project deliverables. Additionally, this role supports the coordination of critical tasks and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
Communication and Coordination
- Scheduling virtual meetings and trainings with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
- Conducting outreach to grantees and payment recipients in coordination with Specialist and Senior Specialist project leads.
- Supporting collection of data and documentation required to process payments and maintain compliance with funder guidelines.
- Assisting with client experience activities, including scheduling and conducting client check-ins/retros, tracking new client onboarding progress, administering milestone-based client surveys, monitoring feedback trends, and partnering with internal teams to enhance the overall client experience.
- Requesting, collecting, and maintaining certificates of insurance for active contracts.
Record Maintenance and Review
- Reviewing data in grants management systems to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with submitted documentation.
- Reviewing collected documents for accuracy and communicating with grantees as appropriate to ensure funder requirements are met.
- Maintaining accurate records and updated information in online systems such as Salesforce and Workday
- Conducting audits to ensure client records (i.e. Worksite Agreements, Costing Allocations, etc) are up to date and accurate.
Administration Support
- Tracking new & existing business opportunities in Salesforce.
- Converting worksite agreement contract templates into form fillable documents and tracking changes in documents for client use.
- Setting up new clients in Workday and Salesforce by initiating and completing Supervisory Orgs, Custom Orgs, and Project Codes.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Previous experience in a coordination or administrative role.
Familiarity with project management principles is desirable.
Demonstrated experience with web-based tools and platforms such as Microsoft Suite, Asana, and Salesforce.

Budgeted Hourly Pay Range:
$24.50 - $26.00Final salary and rates are based on education, experience, skills relevant to the role, and internal equity.
