Role Overview: We're seeking a strategic leader who will build and manage the AI infrastructure that powers our entire go-to-market organization. You'll be the AI architect enabling sales, marketing, and customer success teams to leverage artificial intelligence for better targeting, prospecting, segmentation, and customer engagement - while they focus on execution.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Infrastructure & Platform Strategy

     Design and maintain the AI technology stack that supports GTM functions across lead generation, customer segmentation, and territory optimization

     Evaluate, implement, and integrate AI tools and platforms that solve specific business problems for sales, marketing, and customer success teams

     Establish data pipelines and AI model governance to ensure reliable, scalable AI-powered insights and automation

GTM AI Enablement & Support

     Partner with sales leadership to build AI-supported ideal customer profiles and territory mapping that optimize rep productivity

     Work with marketing to implement AI-driven market segmentation, lead scoring, and personalized nurture campaign strategies

     Collaborate with customer success to develop AI-powered customer health monitoring, expansion identification, and retention strategies

     Provide ongoing AI tool training, troubleshooting, and optimization support to ensure teams maximize AI capabilities

Cross-Functional AI Strategy

     Serve as the AI subject matter expert, translating business requirements into AI solutions and measuring ROI of AI implementations

     Maintain competitive intelligence on AI tools and emerging technologies that could benefit GTM operations

     Establish AI performance metrics and continuously optimize AI models and workflows based on business outcomes

Required Experience:

     5+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations with recent AI implementation experience

     Strong technical background with hands-on experience deploying AI tools in GTM environments

     Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and manage vendor relationships

     Experience with data analysis, model performance evaluation, and change management for technology adoption
