Corporate Controller (Path to CFO)

Diamond Fulfillment Solutions is seeking a strategic Corporate Controller to lead accounting and financial operations for a growing logistics and fulfillment company. This is a high-impact opportunity for a hands-on finance leader who wants to influence decision-making, improve profitability, and help build the financial foundation for continued growth.

In this role, you will partner closely with the President and leadership team, oversee core accounting functions, improve reporting and controls, drive budgeting and forecasting, and help identify opportunities to increase efficiency and margins across the business.

What we’re looking for:

  • 7+ years of progressive accounting or finance leadership experience
  • Strong background in financial reporting, month-end close, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Experience improving processes, controls, and operational visibility
  • Ability to turn financial data into actionable business insights
  • CPA, MBA, or industry experience in logistics/fulfillment is a plus
