The Group:
Morningstar's Facilities Management team is searching for a Corporate Real Estate Manager to oversee multiple initiatives across the global organization. In this role you will manage existing programs and direct the implementation of new projects, all while adhering to our Morningstar FM Services mission to oster an innovative and inclusive culture, ensure business resiliency, and deliver exceptional guest service.
Responsibilities:
Transaction Management

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day leasing and project execution across our global real estate portfolio.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in property management systems and databases.
  • Prepare, review, and ensure compliance of all transaction documentation.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and compliance teams to streamline the transaction process.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address inquiries.
  • Assist with audits related to real estate financial obligations.


Team Support & Collaboration

  • Provide administrative support to teams, including scheduling meetings and organizing files.
  • Facilitate Transaction Management meetings, documenting discussions and tracking follow-up actions.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and policies for transaction management.


Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, landlords, and Corporate Real Estate partners.
  • Collaborate with key functions such as People & Culture, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Sustainability to drive organizational goals.
  • Engage with Corporate Real Estate partners to gather insights on industry trends and market developments.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience or a strong interest in real estate fundamentals is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of leases and lease terms is a plus.


Skills:

  • Proven leadership, program, and change management skills to support portfolio transformations, including global/regional office consolidation.
  • Ability to engage and influence across business units and corporate groups to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to all levels of the organization.
  • Flexibility to accommodate work schedules across North America, EMEA, and APAC time zones.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Base Salary Compensation Range
$68,652.00 - $116,696.00
Total Cash Compensation Range
$78,950.00 - 134,200.00 USD Annual
