PersonalizationMall.com is seeking a Corporate Sales Coordinator to support the Corporate Sales team with daily sales activities, client communications, inbound sales inquiries, quote preparation, and the successful fulfillment of corporate orders.

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual who is ready to take an active role in the success and growth of the Corporate Sales team. This position works directly with clients and internal teams to provide a seamless customer experience while supporting key accounts and overall sales goals.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Vet and respond to inbound sales inquiries and conduct initial client calls
  • Manage daily client correspondence through email and phone
  • Create and prepare quotes for prospective and existing clients
  • Coordinate product samples for clients
  • Maintain client web pages and ensure information remains accurate and up to date
  • Support the growth and development of key accounts as directed by the Director of Sales
  • Assist the Corporate Sales team in achieving monthly sales goals established by the Director of Sales
  • Prepare and provide sales reporting for key accounts as needed
  • Follow up with clients regarding quotes, orders, samples, and other sales-related needs
  • Coordinate with internal teams to help facilitate accurate and timely fulfillment of corporate orders
  • Work on special projects as needed and as directed by the Corporate Sales Operations Manager
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

  • Exceptional customer service and client relationship skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
  • Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with a strong sense of ownership
  • Ability to follow up consistently and ensure requests are completed
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Ability to interact directly with clients and professionally represent PersonalizationMall.com
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
Preferred QualificationsEducation & Experience
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • College degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • 2–3 years of direct customer service experience
  • Previous sales experience preferred

The expected salary range for this position is $24.00 to $26.00 hourly. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other factors permitted by law.
