The RoleAre you interested in Growth Strategy and cutting-edge Digital Innovation at a fast-growing technology company? If so, this might be the role for you.
As part of CCC’s Corporate Strategy team you will work closely with senior leadership, product management, sales, and other cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities. Your responsibilities will include performing competitive analyses, developing & quantifying growth concepts, and building compelling presentations to summarize recommendations. Work will include the full range of corporate strategy, technology innovation, product management, and corporate development functions.
In this role, you will gain valuable cross-functional experience and insight into CCC’s strategic initiatives. Strong performers will have the ability to take on added responsibility and will have numerous opportunities for career advancement within the company, based on areas of interest and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

The CCC Corporate Strategy Internship is a paid, full-time, opportunity with the potential for a full-time return offer. Internships are available in Summer 2025.

A sampling of past and future internship responsibilities includes:

• Solving ambiguous problems by creating logical frameworks and thorough research
• Conducting market scans and identifying new growth opportunities
• Performing competitive analysis in support of CCC’s business priorities
• Assisting in creation of strategic business cases for new growth opportunities (e.g., new products or adjacent markets), working with cross-functional teams
• Presenting your work directly to Executive Leadership
• Incubating expansion opportunities end-to-end from customer pain point identification through proof-of-concept
• Supporting M&A diligence and quantitative analysis in pursuit of new investment and potential partnership/acquisition opportunities (as required)
• Contributing to pitch materials for customer-facing meetings

Working with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, product development, and finance to help drive the execution of recommended business objectives

Requirements:

If you are a current junior at a top-tier university and have demonstrated excellence in your academic studies and extracurricular experiences, this opportunity is right for you.

We prefer candidates who possess:

• Concentration in Business, Finance, Economics, or relevant STEM majors
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly distill data sets into key insights & recommendations
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to present key issues/opportunities with senior business leaders
• Self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity and independent work
• Hypothesis-driven attitude with an eagerness to learn
• Interest in strategy, consulting, software, or technology
• Willingness to work in-person Tues/Thurs at our corporate HQ in Chicago
