RESPONSIBILITIES
DUTIES: Conduct long-term strategic planning and business plan reviews in conjunction with business unit leaders and executive decision makers. Plan, execute and manage mergers, acquisitions and partnership strategy. This involves conducting long-term strategic planning, business plan reviews and scenario analysis using strategy frameworks and financial models; managing, identifying, and proposing mergers, acquisitions, investment and partnership structures and activities utilizing strategic analysis frameworks, financial analysis and data analytics; managing, developing, and maintaining contact with internal and external top decision makers across functions and d business units to include executive leadership; and conducting industry research, market research and customer interviews, including market competitor analysis and to evaluate investment opportunities and value drivers; and gathering, engaging, and synthesizing data for market intelligence and analysis. Moreover, will conduct market, industry, and customer research in support of strategic initiatives and manage and maintain relationships with top internal and external stakeholders. QUALIFICATIONS
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and 7 years of experience to involve: (1) conducting long-term strategic planning, business plan reviews and scenario analysis using strategy frameworks and financial models; (2) managing, identifying, proposing, and evaluating mergers, acquisitions, and partnership opportunities, utilizing strategic analysis frameworks, financial analysis and data analytics; (3) developing relationships and collaborating with internal and external top decision makers across functions and business units including executive leadership; and (4) conducting primary and secondary research on various industries, markets, competitors, and customers to identify changing trends, estimate market size and growth, and evaluate strategic opportunities. Additionally, 1-year experience stated herein involves gathering, engaging, and synthesizing data for market intelligence and analysis for private equity or venture-backed software / technology-related businesses.
