About the Role

We’re hiring a Systems Engineer to join our Corporate IT team. This role is focused on endpoint management, SaaS administration, escalation support, and advanced troubleshooting with a strong emphasis on security and operational discipline.

You’ll report to the Corporate IT Manager and work across Engineering, HR, and Finance. This role carries direct ownership of core systems and requires sound judgment across technical, operational, and change-related decisions.

About You

You take ownership of the systems you support and understand how they operate beyond surface-level administration. You are experienced across endpoint management, SaaS platforms, and identity systems, and can move from routine work to deep troubleshooting without friction. You handle escalations with a structured, root-cause-driven approach.

You operate effectively in undefined or shifting environments. You bring structure to ambiguity, communicate clearly during incidents and changes, and make decisions that balance speed, risk, and long-term stability. You maintain strong operational discipline, document what matters, and follow through.

What You'll Do
  • Own endpoint and device management across the environment. Maintain MDM platforms, enforce security baselines, and ensure devices remain compliant, patched, and operational.

  • Manage SaaS and identity systems, including application lifecycle, access controls, and integrations. Maintain least-privilege access and support audit and compliance requirements.

  • Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues. Diagnose root causes across endpoints, systems, and integrations, and drive issues through resolution.

  • Improve system reliability and security through proactive maintenance, configuration hardening, and continuous reduction of operational risk.

  • Execute changes within defined maintenance windows. Plan, communicate, and implement changes to minimize user impact and maintain system stability.

What We Look For
  • U.S. Citizen

  • Ability to pass a background check

  • 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, systems administration, or similar

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (preferred, not required)

  • Experience with endpoint management (Intune, Jamf, Workspace ONE, or equivalent)

  • Experience managing SaaS platforms, SSO, and access control

  • Experience with identity providers (Okta, Azure AD/Entra ID, or similar)

  • Strong troubleshooting across endpoints, OS (Windows, macOS, Linux), networking, and SaaS integrations

  • Experience handling escalations and resolving root cause

  • Experience executing changes within maintenance windows

  • Ability to document systems and processes clearly
