About Glow

Glow is on a mission to transform how enterprises proactively protect the modern endpoint with an agentic-first approach. Our platform gives security teams the visibility, context, and autonomous remediation they've never had before — across every endpoint, application, and AI tool in the environment. We move fast, we build things that matter, and we believe security should be a force multiplier for the business, not a bottleneck. Let's Glow.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Creative Director to lead and evolve the visual expression of our brand across every customer and employee touchpoint. This person will own the creative vision and execution for a broad range of initiatives — from digital campaigns and website experiences to tradeshows, executive presentations, and printed collateral.

This role is both highly strategic and deeply hands-on. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Product, Executive Leadership, and external partners to bring clarity, creativity, and consistency to how our brand shows up in the world. You’ll also directly support high-visibility executive initiatives, including keynote presentations and company-defining moments.

The ideal candidate is an exceptional visual storyteller with strong design instincts, experience scaling creative systems, and the ability to move fluidly between conceptual thinking and executional detail. You should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities, and leading creative work that spans digital, physical, and experiential mediums.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and evolve the visual identity and creative direction of the brand across all channels and experiences

  • Lead creative development and execution for:

    • Website and digital experiences

    • Paid digital campaigns and advertising

    • Tradeshows and experiential marketing

    • Print and sales collateral

    • Social and brand campaigns

    • Executive and keynote presentations

    • Internal company initiatives and strategic projects

  • Partner closely with executive leadership to develop polished, high-impact presentations and communications for major company moments

  • Translate business objectives and product narratives into compelling visual storytelling

  • Establish and maintain high creative standards, ensuring consistency and quality across all brand touchpoints

  • Manage and mentor a direct report while helping scale creative operations and workflows

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Product Design, Communications, and external agencies or freelancers

  • Develop scalable creative systems, templates, and processes that enable speed without sacrificing quality

  • Provide creative leadership during launches, campaigns, events, and other high-priority initiatives

What You’ll Bring…
  • 8+ years of experience in creative, brand, or design leadership roles

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence across digital, experiential, and presentation design

  • Experience owning creative direction for a B2B technology or cybersecurity brand preferred

  • Exceptional visual design and storytelling skills, with a strong understanding of typography, layout, motion, and brand systems

  • Experience leading creative projects across multiple mediums including:

    • Web

    • Digital advertising

    • Events and environmental design

    • Print

    • Executive communications

  • Strong presentation design skills, including experience supporting executive keynotes or high-visibility presentations

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on creative execution

  • Experience managing and mentoring designers or creative team members

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both creative and non-creative stakeholders

  • Experience working in high-growth startup environments

  • Familiarity with motion graphics, video production, or interactive experiences

  • Experience partnering closely with executive leadership teams

  • Knowledge of modern brand development and creative operations best practices

  • Comfort working in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities
