We’re looking for an exceptional Creative Director to architect and scale our entire creative function during our next critical growth phase. This key leadership role will report directly to the CMO and own the strategy and execution of both our design and web development teams, serving as the creative engine that powers our brand growth and customer experience.

How you'll make an impact
  • Strategic Leadership: Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive creative strategies that align with our company's growth objectives, managing both design and web development functions to maximize brand impact and customer engagement

  • Campaign and asset delivery: Manage a set of processes that deliver powerful and impactful assets for multi-channel campaigns

  • Brand Architecture: Develop and execute multi-channel creative approaches that consistently elevate our brand presence and translate complex offerings into compelling visual narratives

  • Team Building & Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing creative team; establish clear career paths and development programs for designers and developers

  • Creative Accountability: Own and exceed creative quality targets that directly impact the company's brand perception and user experience goals; effectively manage creative resources and timelines

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with Marketing on campaign execution, with Product on user experience, and with Executive Leadership on brand vision

Requirements
  • 7+ years of progressive creative leadership experience, with at least 3 years directly managing design and web development teams.

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communications, or related field is a plus

  • Proven track record scaling creative organizations from early-stage to maturity in B2B SaaS environments

  • Ability to inspire and motivate creative teams while creating accountability structures that drive results

  • Outstanding body of work demonstrating strategic creative thinking and execution across multiple channels and formats

  • Strong understanding of design principles, tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma), and web development fundamentals (Webflow)

  • Forward-looking mindset that anticipates design trends and positions the organization for long-term brand success

  • Comfort with ambiguity and rapid change in a growth environment; ability to pivot creative directions as needed while maintaining brand integrity

  • Creative problem-solver who consistently finds innovative approaches to design and user experience challenges

Benefits:

  • $180,000 - $220,000, depending on experience
