This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys developing ideas, giving thoughtful creative feedback, and helping a multidisciplinary team do their best work. You'll work within our existing brand identity, helping it evolve while maintaining consistency across all touchpoints.

This role is based in Chicago (with a commitment of 3 days onsite). As part of Eidra’s expanding U.S. footprint, you’ll help establish our reputation for creative excellence, strategy, and delivery in the American market. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.

What you'll do

  • Lead cross-functional teams across multiple time zones, primarily in Europe and North America.

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to translate business objectives into strong creative concepts.

  • Oversee projects from initial brief through final delivery, ensuring quality, consistency, and attention to detail.

  • Develop creative concepts for campaigns across digital, social, video, and other marketing channels.

  • Work with and evolve our existing brand identity, creative systems, and visual guidelines while ensuring consistency across all outputs.

  • Review and approve creative work, helping elevate ideas through constructive feedback rather than simply signing off on deliverables.

  • Balance creative ambition with timelines, budgets, and business priorities.

  • Help establish creative processes and workflows that enable the team to work efficiently without compromising quality.

  • Stay informed on design, branding, and content trends, bringing new ideas and perspectives to the team.

Who you are
  • ~6+ years of experience in creative leadership, with a strong foundation in design and experience across branding, advertising, or digital marketing.

  • A portfolio that demonstrates strategic design thinking, creative excellence, and successful execution across multiple channels.

  • Consultancy mindset; you're a trusted client partner.

  • Experience leading and mentoring creative teams in a collaborative environment.

  • Strong understanding of branding, elevated visual communication, storytelling, and content strategy.

  • Ability to give clear, constructive feedback that helps people produce stronger work.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with confidence presenting ideas to stakeholders.

  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and balancing creative quality with business objectives.

  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong relationships across departments.

  • Demonstrated skills in relevant software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma); motion skills are a plus

Nice to have
  • Experience working with performance marketing and digital campaigns.

  • Experience building or scaling creative teams and processes.

  • Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and evolving content workflows.

Salary is 150,000-200,000 depending on experience and background.
