Design high-impact motion graphics, animated ads, Lottie and Rive animations, and interactive motion projects for global brands. Collaborate with account teams across time zones, manage multiple projects on time and budget, support creative leads, explore motion innovations and AI-enhanced tools, and help evolve Superside's motion capabilities.
Superside is looking for a motion designer with the creativity, technical expertise, and innovation mindset to push the boundaries of motion design. You’ll work with top global brands, crafting high-impact motion graphics, animated digital ads, Lottie animations, and more, all while collaborating with a world-class, globally distributed team of creatives.
This is a high-ownership role where you’ll contribute to cutting-edge projects, explore new animation technologies, and help shape Superside’s creative motion capabilities.
What you'll do
- Design engaging motion graphics for leading global brands across various formats.
- Collaborate with dedicated account teams across different time zones.
- Work on a number of simultaneous projects, executed with high attention to detail, on time and budget.
- Support creative leads to help our customers achieve goals and add business value through design.
- Take ownership of technical motion innovations, including Rive and Lottie animations.
- Explore and integrate AI-powered tools for video, image generation, and animation enhancements.
- Work on interactive motion projects that push the limits of storytelling and engagement.
What you will need to succeed
- BA or higher in Design, Creative, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing motion design, animation, and video expertise.
- Mastery of After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop (3D and video editing a plus).
- Experience working with Rive and Lottie animations.
- Deep understanding of animation principles and visual storytelling.
- Ability to always deliver pixel-perfect quality on time and within budget.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with AI-enhanced motion tools and emerging creative tech.
- Knowledge of working with UI design systems.
- Preferably some understanding of HTML5.
