The Role

Hovercraft is looking for a Mid-Level Producer to join the Team. The role will work alongside talented in-house creative and management teams, closely collaborating with clients to deliver a broad range of projects and deliverables, including integrated campaigns, graphic systems, Retail and Environmental design, and interactive installation projects.

What You’ll Do
  • Work collaboratively with a team of creative leads, designers, animators, and producers to support project execution.
  • Implement and follow processes, and manage simultaneous workstreams and the team(s) doing them.
  • Develop or co-develop project plans with other Producers and/or the Executive Producer
  • Oversee timelines, day-to-day deliverables, and communicate project statuses with teams & clients to ensure work is delivered on time/budget/scope and in line with creative briefs.
  • Provide weekly project status updates during production department meetings.
  • Ensure all work streams are executed at the highest level.
  • Help evaluate ideas based on feasibility, budget, timeline, materials, technology, fabrication, location, and operational requirements.
  • Occasionally travel for client meetings and on-site project management.
  • Stay actively engaged in improving processes to seek operational efficiency and excellence.
  • Stay organized within team-based management tools such as Figma, Notion, Google Drive, and resource tools.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3-5+ years of experience managing projects and teams with a focus on integrated campaigns, brand systems, content & animation. Experience with retail and/or event design deliverables is a plus.
  • An excellent communicator with teams, clients, and vendors alike.
  • A collaborative team player that is highly motivated, proactive, and positive.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work efficiently with remote team members.
  • Ability to work within team-based management tools such as Figma, Notion, Float.
  • Experience with Events and Activations a plus.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with brand, retail, events, web, and non-traditional interactive media production as well as multidisciplinary projects and workflows
  • Passion for working with a diverse set of project types and teams
  • Experience working with leading internal project teams, bringing in specialty talent, as well as working directly with clients
  • Honed approach to risk aversion, risk management, and change control
  • Knowledge of Agile project management practices
  • Experience in managing large-scale projects with complex timelines and cross-functional teams.
  • A passion for design and creativity, with an eye for innovation and emerging trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled at evaluating options and generating solutions
  • Affinity for youth culture, fashion, sport and design

The total average salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits. Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications assessed during the interview process (such as skills and prior industry experience, potential impact), market demands, and specific work location. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified.
