Major Atlanta based hotel brand.

Job Description

Creative Technologist/AI Producer

Location: fully remote, core team sits in Atlanta

Hourly Rate: TBD and subject to change, but estimating around $100/hour

Hours/week: 40

Start/end dates: ASAP through 12/31/26, with potential to extend

ROLE PURPOSE

This role is accountable for using AI and creative production tools to produce, adapt, and hyperlocalize image and video content across our portfolio of brands and markets at scale. We are exploring a creative production model shift from fully agency-led to a hybrid approach where in-house capability drives speed, volume, and cost efficiency — particularly for AI content adaptation and end-to-end GenAI production. Success means we can produce high-quality localized creative at a pace and cost that agency-only models cannot match.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Produce and iterate on image and video assets using generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, and emerging platforms), prompting techniques, and storyboarding — directly creating campaign-ready content, not briefing others to do it
  • Lead AI content adaptation workflows: take base Masterbrand campaign assets and localize them across markets and hotels using AI-powered image and video generation/adaptation
  • Execute end-to-end GenAI production for original assets — from concept through finished deliverable — including converting hotel stills to video, creating organic social content, and producing localized campaign variations
  • Direct and quality-control in-house editing team who handle formatting, colorgrading, packaging, and last mile delivery, ensuring final output meets brand and technical standards
  • [Future state] Direct broader in-house studio team on new tools and workflows for broad scale AI-enablement across all studio work

Qualifications

LEADERSHIP & OPERATING STYLE

  • Works as a maker first — this is a hands-on production role
  • [Future state] manager/influencer — this role will need to direct/coach and support adoption of successful tools and workflows across the entire studio
  • Operates at the frontier of fast-changing AI creative tools and brings new capabilities into production without waiting for formal evaluation cycles

SUCCESS METRICS

  • By month 3: Establish the in-house AI creative production workflow end-to-end, deliver first wave of hyperlocalized campaign assets across priority markets, and onboard offshore editing support
  • By month 6: Scale production throughput toward ~10 videos per year alongside adapted image assets, operating across all four production archetypes with measurable cost and speed advantages versus agency-only delivery
  • By month 12: Demonstrate a proven, repeatable in-house production model with a documented track record of output quality, speed, and cost efficiency that justifies scaling the team with additional hires
  • [Future state] AI-enablement across broader studio team

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS

This role will be part of building the in-house muscle that makes AI-powered creative production real, not theoretical. It’s an early hire in what will scale over time, so the person needs to produce at a high level today and help prove the model that justifies future investment.
