The CRM Analyst SR will implement and optimize HubSpot solutions, manage CRM tools, design marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and provide team training and support.
This is a remote position.
We are looking for a CRM Analyst SR to join our team in Argentina. Your main focus will be implementing and optimizing HubSpot solutions across Sales and Marketing Hubs. You’ll be responsible for configuring the platform, setting up automation workflows, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting integrations with other tools. You'll also collaborate closely with internal teams to improve operational efficiency, generate performance reports, and deliver training to ensure everyone is getting the most out of HubSpot.
- HubSpot Implementation: Configure and customize the Sales and Marketing Hubs, including data migration, custom property creation, and initial setup.
- Marketing Automation: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, forms, landing pages, and automated workflows for lead generation and nurturing.
- CRM and Sales Management: Optimize sales pipelines, configure deal stages, and collaborate with sales teams to improve operational efficiency.
- Reporting and Analytics: Monitor key metrics, analyze campaign performance, and generate reports to evaluate effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Integrations and Data Management: Integrate HubSpot with other tools (e.g., Salesforce, Shopify) and ensure data accuracy and synchronization.
- Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to internal teams on HubSpot best practices and new features.
Requirements
- Technical Skills & Experience
- Proven experience implementing and managing CRMs (HubSpot preferred, but it also includes Salesforce, Zoho, Zendesk, etc.)
- In-depth knowledge of marketing automation, CRM management, lead scoring, and list segmentation.
- Ability to design and optimize email marketing campaigns, landing pages, and forms within HubSpot.
- HubSpot certifications (e.g., Marketing Software Certification) are a strong plus.
