Job Summary

Courtyard is recruiting a CRM Manager to bring user journeys to life across owned and operated channels, including email, push, in-app, and loyalty programs. The CRM Manager will be a key strategist and producer of the CRM and loyalty campaigns, while growing message capabilities, reporting, and insight efforts on behalf of the Marketing group.  


The ideal candidate has a keen interest and skillset in leveraging dynamic campaigns, analysis, and data integration to enable the most cutting-edge marketing capabilities possible. They are a casual or core collector, and a user of loyalty apps and/or online marketplaces with deep experience in consumer-facing marketing messaging.


What You’ll Do 

  • Build, manage CRM and loyalty campaigns, journeys and automations on behalf of the Marketing group
  • Manage projects with partner departments and teams, including both creative and technical
  • Develop, document, and execute A/B/x and MAB campaigns for audience and journey optimization across owned channels.
  • Support Marketing & Courtyard leadership with presentations, evaluations and implementation strategies that support CRM & loyalty growth
  • Develop and maintain best-in-class business process and project process conventions, while collaborating with CRM leadership on sustained growth frameworks.
  • Support, analyze, and manage the resolution of critical production application issues, such as our ESP and MMPs
  • Research and analysis of competitor lifecycle messaging and loyalty programs
  • Perform other job-related functions as assigned


What You’ll Bring 

  • 6+ years of professional marketing experience, including 3+ years in CRM and/or loyalty marketing preferred
  • Proven ability to lead the delivery of end-to-end user journey experiences, across owned and operated channels on web and mobile
  • Strong communicator who brings clarity and storytelling to cross-functional forums
  • Experience working closely with Marketing, Product and Engineering leaders to define and deliver outcomes
  • Collaborative, constructive communication style that builds trust and elevates CRM capabilities
  • Expert in best practices in marketing UX, email, web and related creative across responsive Web, iOS & Android
  • Strong project planning, time management, and collaboration skills
